Salary – Clerk Grade 9/10 - $133,348 - $146,945 employer superannuation contribution and annual leave loading
The Senior Property Officer role is responsible for delivering the business-as-usual sales and acquisition projects whilst working with the Principal Property Officer on more complex acquisition, sales and property programs.
The role also establishes clear communication and consultation paths with the wider organisation providing professional property and valuation advice to support the business decision making along with managing some commercial leasing properties.
As part of the Capital Transaction Team, you will manage direct sales to other government agencies, community housing providers and unsolicited proposals in accordance with relevant legislation, framework and policies.
The role includes providing professional property and valuation advice to support the business decision making along with managing non-core commercial leasing portfolio of properties with support from Property Officers.
