A government department in Canberra is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the development and delivery of facilities services, ensuring compliance and optimizing occupancy. The ideal candidate has experience in team management and a strong understanding of property management frameworks and standards. This position offers a competitive salary package between $95,438 and $108,360 per annum.
People, Property and Security Division
The People, Property and Security Division works in partnership to deliver strategic and operational workforce services that enable and enhance organisational capability. The division provides stewardship, support and services across integrity; conduct; property; fraud and corruption; security; performance management; rehabilitation management; recruitment; learning and development; inclusion and diversity; workforce planning and analytics; workplace relations; people support; culture and health, safety and wellbeing.
The Property Services Branch forms part of the People, Property and Security Division and has responsibility for enhancing the department’s business capability through the effective management of the department’s property portfolio, property enabling functions, protective security, emergency management, as well as a range of corporate site services and commercial contracts nationally.
