Eleven North in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a growing residential portfolio and provide exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

You will manage day-to-day operations, build strong relationships, and ensure compliance with Victorian tenancy legislation while contributing to the business's ongoing growth with the support of an experienced leadership team and modern systems.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience in residential property management.
• Sound understanding of Victorian residential tenancy legislation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day operation of a residential portfolio with ownership and accountability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Respond to enquiries and resolve tenancy matters professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, contractors and repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections and manage follow-up actions.
• Handle lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy documentation as required.
