Job summary

Coronis North Lakes is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead a residential portfolio with a focus on exceptional client service and relationship management. You’ll work under a supportive leader and contribute to building a high‑performing team.

You’ll manage a well-maintained portfolio, maintain landlord and tenant relationships, and drive process improvements while supporting the growth of Coronis North Lakes. A Queensland registration and a valid licence are required.

The Role

As a Senior Property Manager, you'll take ownership of a well-maintained residential portfolio, supported by a structure designed to allow you to focus on what you do best - delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships.

Your role will include:

• Managing and maintaining a residential property portfolio
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and suppliers
• Overseeing maintenance, inspections and day-to-day portfolio management
• Providing proactive communication and exceptional service
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve outstanding client outcomes
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, service and portfolio performance
• Contributing to the culture, growth and success of the wider office
