What would be your duties and responsibilities?

  • Manage properties daily.
  • Lease and prepare storage shed leases/files as needed.
  • Conduct private inspections with prospective tenants.
  • Liaise with rental providers, tenants, and tradespeople.
  • Conduct open for inspections midweek and on Saturdays.
  • Process rental applications promptly and accurately.
  • Prepare files for new tenancies.
  • Complete condition reports before tenancy starts.
  • Negotiate, prepare, and execute lease renewals.
  • Conduct final inspections and coordinate cleaning/repairs for re-letting, including bond releases.
  • Use Tapi for maintenance requests.
  • Attend tribunal hearings as needed.
  • Assist in the smooth operation of the rental department.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; accurate word processing.
