Bupa Australia is seeking an in-house lawyer to support property, leasing and development matters. You will partner with stakeholders across the business to advise on commercially minded solutions from inception through to completion.

Working within a collaborative legal team, you’ll mentor colleagues, contribute to best practice, and help deliver development initiatives for a connected healthcare future. Hybrid work arrangements are available to support work–life balance.

Qualifications

• A law degree and current practising certificate in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercially focused legal advice across property, leasing and development.
• Support transactions from inception to completion and manage external counsel.
• Mentor junior lawyers and promote best practice in the property legal function.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enable informed decision-making.
