Job summary

Mahlab is seeking an experienced in-house solicitor to support a broad portfolio of residential, retail, commercial and mixed-use developments. You will work closely with senior executives to advise on acquisitions, development, joint ventures and project contracts.

With 8+ years PQE in property matters, you will negotiate, draft and manage complex agreements, oversee risk, and help steer major projects from start to finish within a collaborative, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years PQE in property development, construction or real estate.
• Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
• Experience advising on acquisitions, joint ventures and project contracts.

Responsibilities

• Advise on property acquisitions, development and joint venture arrangements.
• Draft and negotiate construction, financing, leasing and sales agreements.
• Guide governance, regulatory matters and day-to-day in-house legal issues.
• Partner with executives to deliver complex projects from acquisition to delivery.
