Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria is seeking a Senior Projects Officer to provide a critical role within Corrections Victoria. This fixed-term, full-time position supports CCS Development and PDRB, delivering complex project coordination and advisory services across CCS operations.

The role reports to the CCS PDRB Manager and requires demonstrated understanding of Community Correctional Services, with desirable project management experience.

Formación

• An appropriate tertiary qualification is desirable.
• Relevant project management and Community Correctional Services experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge or experience in project management is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Line management responsibilities for a VPS4 Project Officer undertaking CCS Development Branch functions.
• Plan, co-ordinate and manage a range of complex projects related to the responsibilities of the CCS Development Branch and PDRB.
• Prepare and co-ordinate briefings, complex correspondence, and proposals for the Community Operations and senior executive personnel, that may involve integrating complex information from a variety of sources, and in a time-pressured environment.
