Job summary

The Principal Operational Enhancements Adviser, Systems Initiatives and Operational Enhancements contributes expert guidance on Community Services Operations and Practice Leadership initiatives aligned with Victoria's child protection portfolio. Responsibilities

Manage the full life cycle of projects to meet departmental objectives.
Research, prepare and execute project business cases and plans within resourcing, timelines and budgets.
Prepare and present quality reports and briefings per project management processes.
Evaluate tender bids and participate in negotiations associated with tender processes.
Monitor and evaluate projects to ensure departmental objectives are met.
Provide leadership and authoritative advice to stakeholders and prepare ministerial briefs and agency submissions.
