A local council in Australia is seeking a Senior Project Officer to manage community-focused building projects. The role involves preparing project briefs, managing consultants, and ensuring successful project delivery. Title: Senior Project Officer, Permanent - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week
Salary Range: $111,468.9 to $129,545.15 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

The Building Assets Team sits within Council’s Property, Buildings and Beach Services Business Unit and oversees the renewal of Council’s building assets as informed by Council’s Asset Management Plan. The team works with a range of internal and external customers to deliver high-quality buildings that are energy efficient and durable, meeting the needs of the Northern Beaches residents and visitors.
