Role Summary

Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and meeting quality standards.

Develops, defines and executes project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables. Identifies needed resources for projects, defines and assigns major project roles.

Job Requirement

• Collaborate with global teams (Deal Management, Sales, Technical, and Supplier teams) to take handovers of won deals and ensure smooth customer delivery.
• Having deep understanding on Telco network, Integration points, various products e.g. SMSC/MMSC/IMS/Packet Core.
• Manage end-to-end project execution.
• Coordinate deployments across multiple time zones, working with teams in the US, UK/Europe, and APAC, with flexibility to adjust working hours as needed.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, risk assessments, and deployment plans, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
• Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Lead regular status meetings with project teams and key stakeholders, providing clear updates, addressing concerns, and driving continuous improvement.
