Job summary

TOMRA Food is seeking a customer-focused Project Manager to lead delivery of complex projects across Australia. You will own contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, autonomy, and the ability to navigate ambiguity. Travel up to 30% domestically and remote-based work from the Brisbane area are supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, customer-facing projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in industries such as manufacturing, mining, or industrial equipment is valued.

Responsibilities

• Own the contract between TOMRA and customers, ensuring project delivery on time, within quality, cost, and satisfaction goals.
• Oversee project processes, ensuring documentation, reporting, and adherence to timelines.
• Develop project plans with resource requirements and lead a project team to deliver outcomes.
• Manage contract scope, variations, and monitor progress, keeping stakeholders informed.
• Communicate project plans, progress, and timing with customers and manage expectations and responsibilities.
• Monitor milestones and ensure project tasks are completed and documented throughout the lifecycle.
