Job summary

McMahon Services in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex multidisciplinary turnkey projects from concept through to completion. You will work with engineering, commercial and operational teams to achieve exceptional outcomes for clients across Defence, mining, infrastructure and resources.

The role requires a degree in engineering or related discipline, 10+ years of experience, strong commercial and contractual capability, and proven

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years' experience delivering complex construction or engineering projects.
Strong commercial, contractual and financial management capability.
Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Current White Card, Driver's Licence and ability to obtain Defence Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of complex projects from award through to completion.
Manage project planning, procurement, programming and commercial performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Lead and mentor Project Managers, Engineers and site teams.
Identify business development opportunities and support tender activities.
Manage contracts, variations, forecasting and project reporting.
Champion Safety Certainty 2.0 while driving quality, environmental and compliance outcomes.
