Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, externally funded projects involving multiple delivery partners, contractual obligations, governance arrangements and milestone-based reporting.
• Strong understanding of livestock production systems and the RD&E continuum, including producer networks, adviser capability development, benchmarking and practice change approaches.
• Experience establishing and managing project governance, risk management, procurement, contract management and performance reporting frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships across government, industry, research and producer organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the MLA Donor Company co-funded Accelerating Adoption through Data-Driven Producer Networks project across five interdependent workstreams.
• Establish project governance, controls, oversee budgets/resources, manage risk and performance, and coordinate contributions from internal teams and delivery partners.
• Ensure contractual obligations, milestones and reporting requirements are achieved.
• Build strategic relationships and negotiate solutions with stakeholders to maximise industry impact.
