Job summary

Amida Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in Gladstone Regional to oversee civil projects valued up to $60 million. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10+ years of experience and will manage project teams, ensuring quality, cost, and time management while liaising with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include planning construction activities, preparing reports, and mentoring teams. A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering is essential, with further project management qualifications being advantageous.

Great opportunity to work with a well-established and reputable civil contractor on projects such as earthworks, excavation, civil etc.

Our client is a well-established and market leading national tier 2 civil contractor, they are looking for an experienced and dedicated Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their growing business.

Our client provides their services across a number of industry sectors such as building construction, industrial, mining and resources, transport infrastructure, environmental etc. and you will be responsible for contributing to the successful delivery of a couple of challenging projects.

Types of projects include bulk earthworks, demolition, excavation, retention, piling, foundations, ground improvement, soft and hard landscaping, site remediation and rehabilitation etc. Typical values from $2.5m to $25m but can go up to $50m+.

Ideal candidate will live locally in the Gladstone region and travel between the 2 projects. There will also be opportunities for this person to do business development in the region.
