The client is a well established organisation in the property industry embarking on a strategic transformation, focused on modernising its digital platforms to deliver improved customer experiences and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact upgrades across Salesforce, mobile, and web platforms
- Influence major digital upgrades and public-facing platforms
- Lead planning and execution of key application upgrades (Salesforce, mobile, web)
- Manage external vendors and SI partners through delivery
- Ensure governance, timelines, and budgets are maintained
- Drive successful go-lives and post-implementation support handovers
- Engage internal business teams to define and prioritise requirements
- Coordinate across technical and product teams for integration and testing
- Manage reporting, risks, and cross-project dependencies
The Successful Applicant
- Strong background in enterprise application upgrades or digital delivery
- 6+ years working as a PM
- Experience with Salesforce, mobile platforms, and website development
- Strong vendor and partner engagement skills
- Proven track record in leading complex technology projects
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
- Agile and/or hybrid delivery model experience a plus
