Monks is seeking a highly organized Senior Producer / Project Manager to oversee rapid-turn editorial and marketing work. You will translate requests into clear tasks, timelines and handoffs while maintaining visibility across priorities, reviews and delivery.

The role requires process orientation, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment. An interest in AI and emerging tech is essential.

• 6+ years of experience in creative production, program management or project management within an agency, technology company or in-house creative organization.
• Experience managing rapid-turn digital, web, editorial, design and motion deliverables.
• Strong task-management, trafficking and production-planning skills.

The Role

Monks is seeking a highly organized Senior Producer / Project Manager to manage the daily flow of rapid-turn editorial and marketing work. This role will translate incoming requests into clear tasks, timelines and handoffs while maintaining visibility across priorities, reviews and delivery.

The ideal candidate is process-oriented, exceptionally detail-focused and comfortable working autonomously in an environment where priorities and information may evolve quickly. You will keep the team moving, identify gaps before they become blockers and ensure every deliverable is accurate, complete and properly trafficked.

An interest in AI, emerging technology and new approaches to creative production is essential.

This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract with a possibility of extension or conversion.

What You'll Do
