Job summary

Longreach Recruitment | experts in property, construction, real estate and design is seeking a Senior client-side Project Manager based in Perth. You will take ownership of successful delivery across time, cost and quality, coordinating with builders, consultants and stakeholders to drive outcomes.

Based in East Perth with regular site involvement, you will provide commercial and contractual leadership, protect budgets, and work with executive leadership to ensure project momentum and value

Qualifications

• Senior client-side Project Manager with consultancy background (brief).
• Experience delivering complex construction or development projects.
• Strong contract, variation and commercial management skills.
• Able to operate autonomously across multiple workstreams.

They are progressing a $94M development program across three projects, including specialist aged care and long-term social housing designed to create better outcomes for people experiencing homelessness and hardship.

The Opportunity

Based in East Perth with regular site involvement, you will represent our client throughout construction, taking ownership of successful delivery across time, cost and quality. The role requires strong commercial judgement. You will protect tightly controlled project budgets, negotiate contractual matters and ensure variations are appropriately challenged while maintaining project momentum.
