Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex technology or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate others.
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
• Sound understanding of IT service delivery environments and technology-enabled business solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within project management and/or Agile delivery frameworks.

• Oversee the successful delivery of technology projects through effective planning, resource management and governance.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels to support project outcomes and organisational change initiatives.
• Manage project risks, issues and performance to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to embed sustainable, supportable technology services.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and high performance across the Site and Infrastructure Services team.

Join Transport and Main Roads as a Senior Project Manager and lead the delivery of complex communications, site infrastructure and connectivity initiatives across Queensland.The opportunityAs a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the planning and delivery of a diverse portfolio of technology projects while providing leadership and mentoring to project professionals within the team.
