Job summary

Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major ERP implementation. You will partner with the vendor and system integrator to plan and deliver this strategic project, guiding CESL’s Business Services functions through change.

The role is a 2-year fixed-term, full-time position with flexible and hybrid working arrangements and opportunities for professional growth within a values-driven workplace.

• Proven track record delivering large end-to-end projects, including Enterprise software implementations.
• Strong knowledge of project management and SDLC methodologies.
• Expert in project and process management tools.
• Skilled in leading and managing teams, managing competing priorities, and delivering under pressure.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making abilities.
• Advanced digital literacy across Microsoft 365 and documentation tools.

Salary per year: $160,000 - $175,000- excluding superannuation (dependent upon experience)

In this key role, you’ll work with our vendor and system integrator partners to plan, execute, and deliver this key strategic project, shaping the future of CESL’s Business Services functions.
