Job summary

Thomas Foods International is seeking a hands-on Senior Project Manager to lead a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP programme and a portfolio of IT projects across multiple sites. Based at our Rose Park office, you will collaborate with the CIO, finance teams and plant operations to drive structured delivery, reporting, and vendor management.

You will require formal IT/business qualifications and a recognised PM certification, with a proven track record in ERP implementations

Qualifications

• Formal IT/Business/Engineering degree or equivalent.
• PM certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM or equivalent.
• Experience leading large, multi-workstream IT programmes.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Due to our continued and significant growth, we are seeking a hands on and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex technology changes, with a focus on delivering our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) ERP programme. Getting the right outcome on time and on budget, and making sure the business is ready to use it on day one, across multiple sites and locations.

In addition to the ERP programme you'll run a portfolio of smaller IT projects, from system upgrades and integrations and site rollouts at our processing plants.

Based at our Rose Park office and reporting directly to the CIO, you'll be comfortable moving between the boardroom, the finance team and the plant floor. You'll bring structure, accurate reporting and professional leadership to everything you deliver, by being able to influence stakeholders and to keep vendors, implementation partners and internal teams pulling in the same direction.

What We Are Looking For

• Formal qualifications in Information Technology, Business, Commerce, Engineering or a related field. Complimented by recognised project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM or equivalent
• Significant IT project management experience, including leading large, multi-workstream programmes, preferably gained in an FMCG environment
• Strong experience in ERP implementation projects, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Experience leading and managing third-party implementation partners and vendors, including contract and change control
• Able to lead and mentor project team members and business leads
• Track record of managing multiple smaller projects at the same time as a major programme
• Strong budget management, forecasting and financial reporting skills
• Experience running formal governance, including steering committees, stage gates and RAID management
• Sound understanding of data migration, integration, testing and cutover planning.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
