Job summary

Cottee Parker Architects is seeking an experienced Project Leader for Brisbane and the Gold Coast. You will lead architectural projects from concept to delivery, leveraging strong Revit skills and hands-on leadership to coordinate teams, consultants and clients.

The role emphasizes design excellence, documentation integrity and timely delivery. You will guide project briefs, programs and resourcing, mentor junior staff, and ensure QA standards while managing budgets and milestones in fast-paced

Qualifications

• Proficient in Revit and BIM with leadership in design, documentation and delivery.
• Experience leading architectural projects and teams across retail, multi-residential, townhouses or hotels.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, codes and planning requirements; able to coordinate multidisciplinary consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate architectural projects from design through documentation and delivery.
• Plan and manage project teams, resources, timelines and deliverables.
• Work with Project Director to establish project briefs, programs and resourcing.
