Job summary

About The Role

As a Project Leader, you’ll be the engine behind our project success — leading teams, coordinating with clients, managing consultants, and driving design and documentation through all project phases. You’ll partner closely with a Project Director and take full ownership of project outcomes, quality, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across design, documentation and delivery.
• Manage and coordinate large-scale multi-residential developments.
• Oversee consultant coordination and project quality from concept to construction.
• Act as the central point of contact for clients, ensuring communication and satisfaction.
• Administer contracts, track budgets, and manage project timelines.
• Maintain high Revit/BIM standards across the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve project documentation to meet CPA quality and compliance benchmarks.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in architecture or project management roles.
• Proven leadership in delivering complex multi-residential and commercial projects.
• High-level proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows and project delivery systems.
• Solid knowledge of local building codes, BCA and contract administration.
• Ability to inspire and mentor teams while keeping projects on track and on budget.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and client-facing confidence.
• Architectural registration in Australia (or working towards it).
• Must be a permanent resident of Australia.
