Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in urban design, planning, architecture or related field.
• Master’s degree in architecture is required.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in design projects.
• Licensed Architect preferred for leadership and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own design narratives and presentation materials to articulate design intent.
• Lead project teams, guiding design process from concept through documentation.
• Apply design thinking with building codes, constructability and economics.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, manage communication and timelines.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and knowledge sharing.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in urban design, planning, architecture or related field

Master’s degree in architecture

3-5 years of professional experience

Licensed Architect preferred

Autonomy to lead projects with leadership support
