Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of complex projects across a range of typologies.
• Collaborate with Principals, Project Leaders, clients, and project teams to develop high‑quality design outcomes.
• Oversee the production of design and technical documentation.
• Communicate design ideas through presentations, drawings, and models.
• Coordinate consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor and support architects and designers within the studio.
• Contribute positively to studio culture through leadership and collaboration.
