Job summary

CGC Recruitment is partnering with a Sydney-based Tier 3 civil contractor to deliver a $15 million Sydney Water pipeline project. The Senior Project Engineer will lead on-site delivery, coordinate planning and construction activities, and manage subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure safety, quality and timely project outcomes.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and proven experience in civil infrastructure or water/pipeline projects, with a strong focus on cost control and delivery

Senior Project Engineer - Sydney Water Pipeline

Sydney, NSW | Tier 3 Civil Contractor

CGC Recruitment is working with an established Sydney-based Tier 3 civil contractor that has secured a $15 million Sydney Water pipeline project and is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join the team.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take a lead role in the delivery of the pipeline project, overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the delivery of a $15 million Sydney Water pipeline project.
• Overseeing project planning, programming and construction activities.
• Managing subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
• Monitoring project costs, budgets and progress claims.

About You

• Tertiary qualified in Civil Engineering.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to take ownership of project delivery and drive outcomes on site.
