This role requires 5–10 years of hands-on project delivery in enterprise settings, with certifications such as Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Palo Alto PCNSE being highly regarded.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience delivering enterprise technology projects across Networking, Security, Cloud or Collaboration environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, validation and delivery of enterprise-grade technology solutions.
• Conduct client workshops, develop detailed and as-built documentation, and provide technical leadership across projects.
• Build and implement solutions aligned to scope, timelines and budget.
• Provide Level 3 support and post-implementation troubleshooting.
• Ensure project documentation, risk logs, and handover materials are accurate.
• Support presales activities including solution design, pricing estimates, and SOW preparation.
• Present technical roadmaps and recommendations aligned to client strategy.
• Identify opportunities for new business and solution enhancement.
