Job summary

Brady Marine & Civil is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer or Project Engineer to join our crew for iconic marine and civil infrastructure across Australia’s coastline. You’ll plan, coordinate, and deliver works on site, manage subcontractors, schedules and ensure technical excellence while collaborating with construction, engineering and HSEQ teams to maintain safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Site-based or design coordination experience on infrastructure projects.
• Minimum of 6+ years experience in engineering roles.
• Essential marine/maritime infrastructure experience required.
• Great communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A can-do attitude and ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering project milestones, ensuring works align with program, budget, and safety targets
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site resources
• Support site setup, procurement, and construction methodology development
• Review technical drawings and specifications; raise and resolve RFIs
• Monitor project progress, maintain daily records, and support reporting to senior management
• Collaborate with engineering and HSEQ teams to ensure compliance with company and client standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement in delivery methods, safety, and environmental outcomes
