You will lead project execution from design coordination to quality control and drive successful outcomes on large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• Relevant building and tertiary qualifications.
• Proven large-scale construction experience.
• Ability to lead and solve complex problems.
• Experience coordinating design and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Support Project & Site Management: assist with project coordination and subcontractor management, ensuring on-time completion and quality adherence.
• Design Management: resolve design issues and provide input throughout design and construction phases.
• Program Preparation & Administration: develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring effective program management and delivery.
• Site-Based Execution: oversee cost management, quality assurance, and environmental controls on-site, ensuring compliance and reporting progress.
• Health & Safety Advocacy: champion health and safety initiatives, ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
