Job summary

South32 Worsley Alumina is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead the Decant Pond Project on a 3-year fixed-term contract, based in Western Australia. The role will coordinate engineering, construction and quality outcomes across consultants, contractors and suppliers, ensuring safe delivery and strong governance.

Qualifications

Engineering qualification in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or earthwork related discipline.
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects across multiple phases from planning through handover.
Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to achieve safe, quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

Manage and collaborate with consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure project requirements are delivered to specification.
Provide technical support throughout construction, including constructability reviews, QA/QC activities and resolution of technical queries.
