Zenith Search is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead engineering and planning for a major bulk earthworks project in Western Australia. The role operates on a 2:1 FIFO roster and offers a permanent, full-time pathway with strong career progression.

You will oversee setting out, progress tracking, and coordination between site teams and management to deliver safely, on time and to spec. The ideal candidate will hold a Civil Engineering degree (chartership viewed favourably)

Formación

• Degree in Civil Engineering (preferably with chartership)
• At least 7 years in civil infrastructure with solid earthworks experience
• Working knowledge of Australian standards and codes
• Proven track record of leading teams and mentoring engineers
• Strong client and stakeholder communication skills
• Hands-on contract administration and commercial management experience
• Previous FIFO experience considered essential

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and delivery of bulk earthworks including setout and progress tracking
• Coordinate engineering input across site teams and project management to meet safety, time, and spec requirements
• Lead technical problem-solving across the scope of works
• Drive project planning and scoping around site mobilisations
• Serve as a key client and stakeholder contact to support project delivery
