Job summary

Versatile Group in Australia is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead high-profile internal mixed-use developments from inception through completion, based in the CBD and city fringe of Sydney. You will drive project delivery, mentor junior engineers, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Project Engineer who:

• Has delivered at least two project start-to-finish as a PE, or
• Is an experienced SPE ready for a new challenge

Work on high-profile internal mixed-use developments in the CBD and city fringe. Lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and make a tangible impact.

What You’ll Do

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of projects with quality, compliance, and timely delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer with delivered projects
• Experience across all disciplines: structures, façade, fit-out, and services
• Exposure to large mixed-use developments highly desirable
• Exceptional organisation, leadership, and communication skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and ready to take ownership of complex projects
