As a Senior Project Engineer within the Processing Maintenance Department, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of a variety of projects aimed at improving company performance. You will lead multidisciplinary project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to scope, while driving continuous improvement across maintenance processes and infrastructure.
Key ResponsibilitiesBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Mining, or related discipline).
Minimum 6 years’ experience in project engineering, preferably within mining or heavy industry.
Demonstrated success delivering small to medium capital projects in brownfield, operational environments.
Proficient in project management methodologies, including scope, cost, schedule, risk, and procurement management.
Strong contractor management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Thorough understanding of processing plant maintenance strategies, equipment reliability, and operational best practices.
Practical knowledge of mine site safety systems, regulatory requirements, and operational protocols.
Competent in the use of Microsoft Project (or equivalent scheduling tools) and project documentation systems.
Current Australian driver’s licence.
Eligibility to work on FIFO or residential rosters.
