Job summary

Fulton Hogan is hiring a Senior Project Engineer for on-site work in Melbourne (Tullamarine). You will support the Project Manager, uphold HSE standards, and drive project programming and reporting to achieve milestones.

The role requires a Civil/Structural engineering degree and proven project engineering experience in civil construction, with airport infrastructure exposure valued. We value collaboration, accountability, and safety-minded delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Experience as a project engineer on civil construction projects, ideally airport-related.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide vital support to the Project Manager on project duties.
• Promote a strong HSE culture and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to project programming, reporting, and milestone tracking.
• Implement and manage management systems for quality outcomes.
• Coordinate labour requirements and inductions for staff.
• Oversee subcontractors to meet program, cost, quality, and HSE goals.
• Ensure budgets, timelines and quality standards are met; inspect sites.
