Job summary

Aequalis Consulting Pty is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to own major energy and infrastructure delivery in Queensland’s Surat Basin. You’ll lead multidiscipline engineering packages across electrical, mechanical and civil interfaces.

From design and procurement through to commissioning and close‑out, you’ll drive safety, controls and commercial outcomes on high‑value projects. FIFO from Brisbane with 14:7 or 19:9 rosters is offered.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Electrical or Mechanical) with 5+ years in project delivery.
• Experience in energy, gas, water, or infrastructure projects (brownfield or greenfield).
• Proven ability to manage contractors, schedules and budgets across complex sites.
• Solid knowledge of project controls, safety, and QA frameworks.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.
