Job summary

ACCIONA Geotech is seeking a Senior Project Engineer in Queensland to coordinate engineering works on a designated project, reporting to the Construction Manager. You will ensure safe, timely delivery, quality control, and effective collaboration with supervisors and subcontractors on site.

With 8+ years in project delivery, you will lead large teams, manage budgets, forecast outcomes, and drive value engineering opportunities while maintaining ACCIONA standards across all activities in

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar.
• 8+ years’ experience in a project/delivery-based role.
• Experience leading high performing teams.
• Demonstrated forecasting and budgeting experience.
• Competent in planning and organising work schedules.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project delivery on time and within budget with required resources.
• Lead large on-site project teams and coordinate with supervisors.
• Identify and assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain quality, environmental, and safety systems across the project.
