Job summary

Ammjohn Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Director to lead the delivery of complex engineering and capital projects across diverse industries. You will own projects from concept through commissioning, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing budgets, schedules and client expectations.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in managing engineering or capital projects.
Experience delivering projects from concept to completion.
Strong commercial and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, management and delivery of multidisciplinary engineering and capital projects.
Manage scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risk and quality to objectives.
Build and maintain client relationships and develop long-term partnerships.
Provide leadership to project managers, engineers, contractors and stakeholders.
Oversee development, feasibility, design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
Manage commercial performance, variations and project reporting.
Identify and manage technical, commercial, safety and delivery risks.
Support tender preparation and client engagement.
Mentor delivery personnel to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
Represent the company professionally and deliver high-quality solutions.
