Job summary

Avance Clinical seeks a Project Associate II / Senior Project Associate to join our high-performing project delivery team in Adelaide (also Sydney or Melbourne). This office-based role offers long-term career progression toward a Project Manager.

You will work alongside the Project Manager to plan and execute projects, coordinate staff, maintain CTMS, track milestones, and ensure compliance with ICH GCP and SOPs; prior CRO/pharma experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or equivalent field (highly regarded).
• At least 2 years as PA in CRO/Pharma.
• Experience as Clinical Trial Assistant is highly regarded.
• Working knowledge of ICH GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication with clients and management.
• Ability to work under pressure in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Australian working rights required to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of project delivery from initiation to completion.
• Maintain CTMS and milestone tracking.
• Draft Kick-Off materials and liaise with stakeholders.
• Draft project plans for PM review.
• Organise meetings and take minutes.
• Lead internal/external project team meetings.
• Liaise with cross-functional team members for study communication.
• TMF review and metadata updates.
• Track vendor and site invoices and payments.
• Assist in audits and respond to findings.
• Mentor less experienced PM staff.
