Basic Job Requirements
What does that look like?
• Responsible for logging and electronic filing of all project communications
• Maintaining organisation charts, training records, site access and contact lists
• Meeting attendance and minute taking, timeous issue thereafter
• Monthly report collation, ensuring leads submit information on time.
• Formatting of documents – to a high standard, using Both Fluor and the client’s templates
• Travel arrangements for visits to site, through the client’s preferred travel portal or Fluor’s
• Ensure team is equipped with the correct PPE for any given site visit, ordered and delivered on time.
• Function planning for project team i.e. sundowners / lunches / workshop – strictly adhering to Fluor’s guidelines and approval requirements
Other Job Requirements
About You:
• Career aspirations to work on interesting and challenging projects
• High standards of precision and accuracy of work
• 4 plus years of experience in Project Administration
• Previous experience within Mining/ Construction
• Strong written and verbal communication
• High attention and accuracy to detail
