L3Harris Australia (Integrated Mission Systems Australia) seeks a Senior Program Scheduler to create and maintain the program schedule in collaboration with the program team. The role involves overseeing large-scale scheduling activities to deliver against scope, schedule and budget.

You will communicate across teams to secure alignment, resolve challenges and evolve PMO services as business needs change. A degree or PM training and experience with Earned Value are preferred.

Competenze

• Degree in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent Performance Management training experience.
• Project Management training or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Earned Value Performance management methods.
• Experience with Open Plan Professtional software tool.
• Knowledge of Defence Program Management practices, desirable.

• Create and maintain the program schedule for the Program Managers with the program team.

About the role

The primary tasks of a Senior Program Scheduler is to create and maintain the program schedule on behalf of the Program Managers in collaboration with the program team.

The position involves overseeing large-scale complex program/s scheduling activities, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, and budget while driving continuous improvement in systems and processes. The Senior Program Scheduler will actively communicate and collaborate within and beyond their functional area to secure alignment, resolve challenges, and gain cooperation on all matters relating to the programs schedule. Responsibilities also include assisting the Program Manager to continuously improve, mature and extend the PMO services in-line with changing business needs.

About you

• Degree in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent Performance Management system training experience
• Project Management training or equivalent experience
• Experience in Earned Value Performance management methods
