Job summary

Transport for NSW in Sydney, NSW seeks a Senior Program Officer E-micromobility to drive program management and governance across a growing e-micromobility portfolio. You will coordinate initiatives, lead planning, monitoring and evaluation, and provide analysis and advice to deliver agency objectives.

You will engage with stakeholders, manage governance activities, risk registers and schedules within an agile team, shaping transport policy and delivering meaningful outcomes for NSW communities.

Qualifications

• Program management and specialist project support, undertake program planning, monitoring and evaluation, prepare analysis and advice, and contribute to the successful delivery of initiatives aligned with agency objectives.
• Lead program governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement initiatives in a complex and fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing programs and projects within large organisations and agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Be working as part of a team delivering initiatives that promote and enable e-micromobility as a safe, accessible and sustainable transport option for people in NSW.
• Provide program management and specialist project support, undertake program planning, monitoring and evaluation, prepare analysis and advice, and contribute to the successful delivery of initiatives aligned with agency objectives.
• Help shape a growing area of transport policy and delivery within a newly formed, agile team environment.
• Lead program governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement initiatives in a complex and fast-paced environment with competing priorities, multiple stakeholders and interconnected projects and programs.
• Coordinate program delivery, managing competing priorities, navigating ambiguity and delivering high-quality outcomes that support strategic objectives.
