Job summary

Embedded Expertise in Australia is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Operational Technology to lead a portfolio of OT initiatives across infrastructure, construction and utilities. This hands-on leadership role oversees multiple projects, coordinating across operations, engineering, IT and corporate teams to deliver strategic outcomes.

You will govern budgets, schedules and risks, drive governance and executive reporting, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering large, complex programs as a Program Manager.
• Strong background in Operational Technology, infrastructure, utilities, ports, mining, transport or construction projects.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders from operating teams to executive leadership.
• Strong commercial, governance and risk management capabilities.
• Experience working across both technical and non-technical teams.

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a portfolio of Operational Technology initiatives for a major organisation. This is a hands‑on leadership role overseeing multiple interconnected projects and working across operational, construction, engineering, technology and corporate teams to deliver strategic outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and has successfully delivered large‑scale OT, infrastructure or construction‑related programs.
