Qualifications

• Experience leading complex business or technology transformation projects.
• Proven ability to consolidate multiple plans into an integrated program roadmap.
• Excellent project planning, scheduling and delivery assurance.
• Strong understanding of critical paths, dependencies, risks and change control.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams with competing priorities.
• Confident in facilitating workshops and challenging delivery assumptions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Review project and work stream plans for quality, completeness and delivery readiness.
• Develop and maintain an integrated program schedule and master roadmap.
• Identify critical milestones, dependencies, resource constraints and schedule risks.
• Facilitate planning workshops with Project Managers, workstream leads and business stakeholders.
• Challenge unrealistic dates, unclear ownership and conflicting priorities.
• Monitor project health, risks, issues, assumptions and delivery performance.
• Produce clear executive-level reporting on progress, risks and key decisions.
• Establish governance and controls to maintain the accuracy of the integrated schedule.
• Present delivery insights and recommendations to senior and executive stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement across project delivery practices and frameworks.
