Job summary

The University of Queensland seeks a Senior Program Development Analyst to develop viable program proposals and business cases. You will perform market, demand, viability and pricing analyses to inform approvals, while contributing to load planning and government reporting.

You will collaborate with a broad range of academic and professional stakeholders, shaping data-driven recommendations and governance enhancements to support strategic program development across the university.

Qualifications

• Degree or postgraduate qualification with substantial relevant experience.
• High-level analytical skills to design analyses and provide actionable recommendations.
• Experience compiling and analysing complex datasets using reporting tools.
• Clear written and oral communication with ability to design dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new program proposals with market, viability and pricing analysis.
• Guide proposals through the Program Development Framework with senior stakeholders.
• Design data analyses, scenario modelling, and reporting to support load planning and admissions.
• Translate data and stakeholder perspectives into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
• Coordinate annual tuition fee reviews with market analysis and financial modelling.
• Develop and improve governance and administrative processes for program development.
