Job summary

CommBank is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the vision and delivery of intelligent document processing and customer communications across the Group. You will shape services that improve customer interactions and operational performance, working with cross‑functional teams to turn complex needs into clear, measurable outcomes.

You will own the product backlog, define roadmaps, and drive platform modernisation using automation, AI and cloud tech while ensuring security and resilience.

Qualifications

• Senior Product Owner or comparable strategic product leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, objectives and success measures.
• Lead product discovery, opportunity assessment and prioritisation to maximise value.
• Partner with Engineering Managers, architects, and delivery teams to shape technology strategy and deliver outcomes.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, balancing customer needs, business value and risk.
• Influence stakeholders across business, technology, operations, architecture, risk and privacy.
• Use data, customer insights and experimentation to guide decisions and track performance.
