Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, technology, business, agriculture or related field.
• 5 years experience in product management, solution management or innovation roles.
• Experience leading products through full lifecycle (discovery to delivery).
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Proven commercial judgement including prioritisation and value realisation.
• Experience in regulated, asset-intensive or technology-enabled environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the product strategy and roadmap for the portfolio.
• Lead products through full lifecycle from discovery to retirement.
• Identify emerging technologies and partnerships to support strategy.
• Provide clear product direction to engineering, data science, IT and ops.
• Engage with customers, operations, partners and leadership to test assumptions.
• Balance customer outcomes, cost and long-term asset strategy with stakeholders.
