Your Team
This role sits within the Payments, Fraud & Scams Crew which is responsible for the strategy, customer experience, product, financial and risk management of Bankwest’s payment mechanisms. The Fraud and Scams team is specifically focused on reducing the impact of fraud and scams on our customers by ensuring we have the strategy and capability to maximise prevention and minimise customer losses.
Do work that matters
The Senior Product Manager - Fraud & Scams will report directly to the Executive Manager, Fraud Delivery. This role is integral to improving and transforming the capability, processes and governance that delivers improved customer experiences in an ever-evolving fraud and scams landscape. Your leadership in this role will bring together strategic direction, analytical insights, and coordination across Bankwest lines of business to deliver improvements to scams prevention, detection, and reporting capability.
