Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Trading to own trading products end-to-end on the Crypto.com App. You will drive roadmap clarity, define features, and ship at global scale.

You will work with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Compliance, and Growth to deliver outcomes in a rapidly evolving crypto retail trading space. You will own defined slices of the trading product line, prioritizing key initiatives, and ensuring measurable impact on volume, engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Crypto and/or perpetuals build experience with shipped outcomes.
• End-to-end ownership of trading/financial product launches.
• Data-informed, user-obsessed approach to prioritization.
• Cross-functional leadership without formal authority.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in product workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the Trading roadmap with milestones and priorities.
• Define and ship trading experiences with clear sign-off.
• Interview traders to observe behavior and validate needs.
• Weigh speed versus depth and compliance constraints.
• Run market and competitive research to inform the roadmap.
• Represent Trading in cross-functional forums and drive outcomes.
