Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own customer onboarding across the Crypto.com App and adjacent surfaces. You will manage KYC, activation, referrals, and time-to-first-value, with expansion into trading product work within six months.

You will report to the Onboarding squad Lead and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing, and Trading to align priorities and launches. Expect a broad, regulated, growth-oriented role.

Qualifications

• Owned consumer onboarding and growth, with measurable activation or value improvements.
• Shipped account opening or KYC in a regulated product and handled regulatory impacts on the funnel.
• Extended a shared onboarding capability across products or markets.
• Had depth in trading-product work or a trading journey.
• Operates as a senior individual contributor, able to own two charters and make prioritization calls.

Responsibilities

• Own compliant customer onboarding end-to-end and set the roadmap for account opening, identity verification, KYC requirements, and platform capabilities.
• Turn onboarding into a growth engine with activation, referral, and time-to-first-value initiatives; partner with Marketing on acquisition mechanics.
• Instrument and improve the funnel by identifying drop-off points, sizing opportunities, and shipping interventions.
• Extend platform onboarding capabilities across Main App and future products without fragmented journeys.
• Own a meaningful trading slice and connect onboarding to first trade and ongoing participation.
• Lead across Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing, and Trading, re-planning when constraints change.
