Job summary

Anglicare Sydney seeks a Senior Product Engineer (Software) to shape and build digital products from ideation to deployment within our Ventures team. You will translate customer needs into scalable solutions by partnering with Product, Design, Data and Innovation specialists.

You'll lead end-to-end delivery, using modern JS frameworks (React or Vue), and apply APIs, database design and CI/CD practices. A focus on customer empathy and collaboration across disciplines is essential in this

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing and launching digital products end-to-end.
• Ability to balance customer needs, technical feasibility and commercial outcomes.
• Experience leading end-to-end product delivery across frontend and backend from design to build and launch.
• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (React or Vue).
• Understanding APIs, integrations and database design; familiar with Git and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer discovery, research and experimentation activities.
• Translate business opportunities and insights into technical solutions.
